Construction

How must a modern pool be constructed nowadays?

A pool is a purchase for a lifetime, so it should be well thought out. Swimming, relaxing and aquafitness are possible in all pools if they are equipped with functionalities such as counter-current systems, massage jets and floor geysers. Access ladders are a thing of the past, today chic staircases with elegant handrails and anti-slip stair coverings lead into the water, which can also be combined with seating and lounging areas for relaxation. Smooth surfaces - as with RivieraPool’s epoxy acrylate pools - are important to keep maintenance costs as low as possible: they are kind to the skin and easy to clean, leaving microorganisms hardly any chance.   By the way, the walls of the RivieraPools are bevelled so that ice floes freeze upwards during the winter and do not damage the pool or create pressure. Another important point to consider when planning your pool is the roller shutter cover. It protects the pool from leaves and coarse dirt and keeps the water warm. After all, 80 percent of the heat energy is lost via the surface. A roller shutter cover equipped with solar elements actively heats the pool water with solar energy. Additionally, the pool cover fulfils a safety function: The closed pool cover only lowers to the safety edge if loaded - children and dogs only get wet feet when walking on it.
